FAQ

What happens in the session?

We begin with a discussion about your current state of mind.  mainly listening to your concerns, to the voice that needs to be expressed and acknowledged, giving us insight into what you feel, believe, and are projecting energetically into your daily life. We will discuss personal values, perceptions, and context and discuss your expectations of yourself and others.

We talk about freedom and possibility. In dissolution rather than accumulation.

So much of our motivations are from programming that we are not aware of. We have beliefs that operate within and cause us to do, say, and think in ways we are not in truth about. We will reveal what is true for you and how to respond from that foundation without the low energies of fear, guilt, or pain.

We are not victims, we are creators.

What is the focus of the session?

The focus is on relinquishing. Surrendering is the key to this process. It takes an open mind to bring about changes in the way we perceive ourselves and the world. This helps direct our path and brings intentions to the surface.

My work intentionally directs you to live out this new way of being with yourself, experiencing freedom by recognizing growth and continued possibility, and showing you how to be with joy and happiness.

Our work together, in how many sessions and how often rest in how much you want to uncover. Sometimes, we need a more profound embodied process; other times, clarity and understanding.

This is all so that you may live in harmony with your true self and touch others with your lightness of being.
